Number 1 Montpellier Grove in 1857 was occupied by a Robert Askwith, Surgeon. The next record we have is from 1938 to 1948 when a Frederick John Wilce, Plumber was in occupation. By 1969 ‘Restholm’, a Home for Elderly was the new use.
