Leckhampton Dairies, 248 Bath Road

 
​Alan Dominey worked at Leckhampton Dairies from 1980 until December 1984. He writes;

"I started there when I just turned 14yrs, working on a Saturday morning. Half day closing was Wednesday & Saturday then. The staff there were wonderful - a true family feeling. I worked on the deli counter next to the off-licence. We had the most wonderful customers who we got to know on first name basis. I laughed all the time and have to say if it was not for the care of the staff and customers when we closed I would not have gone on to have a truly wonderful 12years at Cavendish House."
